Cameron Chell


Cameron is Founder and Chairman of ICOx Innovations and co-founder of KODAKOne and co-Architect of the KODAKCoin. Cameron is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in the technology, energy and finance sectors. He is also the founder and co-founder of several ventures, including Slyce, Draganfly, RaptorRig, ColdBore and Urthecast. Cameron’s primary role is to provide project and strategic management facilitation while working with his co-founders, executives, and investors to determine what is most important and specifically how to get it done.

Jan Denecke


Jan has over 10 years of experience as a copyright lawyer. He’s the founding partner of Denecke, Priess & Partner (DPP), which has handled over 25,000 IP-infringement cases and specializes in image rights/partnering with different technical service providers. In 2016, Jan founded Ryde GmbH to commercialize the legal tech image recognition web-crawling platform he and his team developed.


An expert in recognition technology and big data environments, Volker has devoted over 15 years consulting for global clients. Currently, he specializes in AI-driven image recognition and data analytics as a member of the Ryde team.


Matthew has over 15 years of experience building and managing content licensing companies. He was named CEO of WENN Media in 2016 and began developing strategies to protect the company's IP and streamline dispute resolution.


A 15-year veteran in project and account management, Philipp has led major projects for several global companies, including BMW, McKinsey, Procter & Gamble, and Samsung. He also helped build and expand top European agencies specializing in defined structures and management processes.


Benedikt is a senior sports management executive with over 18 years of experience. In 2005, Benedikt moved to Infront Sports and Media, where he managed some of the companies largest sports assets and helped oversee and develop the expansion of Infront's global rights portfolio throughout multiple markets.


Swapan has over 25 years of senior finance and operations experience and has served at senior executive management levels, both in public and private companies in high growth technology, blockchain, manufacturing, trading and oil field services industries. He has held senior roles as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and served on the Board of some of these Companies. He has extensive experience in public company reporting, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls and general overall financial and operational management. He is a results driven and efficiency focused individual providing strategic advice to his clients.


RYDE Holding, Inc. has entered into a consulting agreement with Peter Diamandis pursuant to which Mr. Diamandis will provide us with consulting services relating to our offerings, the KODAKOne platform and KODAKCoin until February 25, 2020, subject to the terms of the agreement. Fortune Magazine recently named Peter Diamandis as one of the World’s 50 Greatest Leaders.

Diamandis is the Founder & Executive Chairman of the XPRIZE Foundation which leads the world in designing and operating large-scale incentive competitions. He is also the Co-Founder & Exec Chairman of Singularity University, a graduate-level Silicon Valley institution that counsels the world’s leaders on exponentially growing technologies. 

As an entrepreneur, Diamandis has started 20 companies. He is the Co-Founder of Human Longevity Inc. (HLI), a genomics company focused on extending the healthy human lifespan, Co-Founder & Vice-Chairman of Celularity, Inc., a Cellular Medicine company and Co-Founder and Co-Exec. Chairman of Planetary Resources, a company designing spacecraft to enable the detection and prospecting of asteroid for fuels and precious materials. Diamandis is a Partner of his venture fund, BOLD Capital Partners, and a founding board member of Virgin Hyperloop-One. 

Diamandis is a New York Times Bestselling co-author of two books: Abundance & BOLD. He earned degrees in Molecular Genetics and Aerospace Engineering from MIT, and holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School. 

In 2016 the Greek Government honored him by issuing a 1.2 Euro stamp into circulation. Also in 2016, the book How To Make A Spaceship, Peter’s biography and the story of the XPRIZE was written by Julian Guthrie with a Foreword by Richard Branson and an Afterword by Prof. Stephen Hawking.

Steven Nerayoff


RYDE Holding, Inc. has entered into a consulting agreement with Steven Nerayoff pursuant to which Mr. Nerayoff will provide us with consulting services relating to the offeringsour offerings, the Platform KODAKOne platform and KODAKCoin until February 27, 2020, subject to the terms of the agreement. Mr. Nerayoff is a prolific serial entrepreneur, attorney and inventor of 20 international patents, having founded seven companies in Silicon Valley and New York City. He is also a blockchain pioneer with his involvement in top projects including: Ethereum, Lisk, Bancor, tZERO, ZenCash, ZCash, Ripio, Aion and Storm. Steven is also the Chairman of the publicly listed company Global Blockchain Technologies (OTCMKTS:BLKCF) (TSXV:BLOC).


RYDE Holding, Inc. has entered into a consulting agreement with Seth Shapiro pursuant to which Mr. Shapiro will provide us with consulting services relating to the our offerings, the KODAKOne platform and KODAKCoin until February 21, 2020, subject to the terms of the agreement.

Two-time Emmy® Award winner Seth Shapiro is a leading advisor in business innovation, media and technology. He is an Adjunct Professor at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and has served as a Governor of the Television Academy and member of its Executive Committee. Clients include The Walt Disney Company, Comcast, DIRECTV, Intel, AT&T, IPG, NBC, Showtime, RTL, Telstra, Universal, Slamdance, Goldman Sachs, government bodies, and a wide range of startups and NGOs. 

In the blockchain space, he is Head of Strategy at VideoCoin.io, Head of Business Development at Alphabit Digital Currency Fund, and an Advisor to projects including KODAKCoin, WorkCoin and EBoost. 

Shapiro has been quoted in outlets including The Economist, The New York Times. The LA Times, CNBC, The Boston Globe, Bloomberg, The Associated Press, PBS and The Daily Mail. As Head of Production at DIRECTV Advanced Services, he launched over 25 services, including NFL Sunday Ticket Interactive and TiVo by DIRECTV, the world’s first major DVR platform. 

His first book, “TELEVISION: Innovation, Disruption, and the World’s Most Powerful Medium”, was published in 2016.
